Whisk baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, & salt into oats, then stir in mashed banana, peanut butter, honey, vanilla, pecans, & chocolate chips. Scoop 1/4-cups of dough  into a dozen  cookies and bake.

A great alternative to banana bread for using up overripe bananas!

These healthy,  make-ahead cookies  are a portable, wholesome, and filling breakfast or snack...loved by kids  and adults alike!
