Make the Brown Sugar Paste

In a medium bowl, combine brown sugar, Dijon mustard, balsamic vinegar, and honey into  a paste. 

Coat the Ham

Spread the brown sugar paste all over  your ham.

Pour in  Pineapple Juice

Pour pineapple juice into the slow cooker and arrange your ham in the bottom.

Cover & Cook

Place lid on crockpot and set to LOW. Cook ham until tender and 140°F, typically 4 to 6 hours.

Make the Sauce

Strain the juices from the crockpot into a saucepan and bring to a simmer. Thicken with  cornstarch. 

Serve & Enjoy!

Serve the ham warm, with the sauce on the side or drizzled on top.
