Steak Frites is a classic meal of "steak and fries" that's SIMPLE yet SCRUMPTIOUS. 

This version features succulent ribeyes basted in herb butter over roasted potatoes for a special, homecooked dinner that's EASY to make!

Let's make it!

INGREDIENTS

*ribeyes *potatoes *oil, salt, + pepper *butter *garlic *fresh herbs

Stir together butter, garlic, and herbs until well-combined.

Make herb butter.

Dice potatoes and coat with oil, salt, and pepper. Spread on a sheet pan and bake.

Make potatoes.

Pat ribeyes dry and season generously with salt and pepper. Preheat skillet.

Prep steaks.

Cook on first side for a minute and then flip and cook for another minute.

Sear.

Add herb butter to pan, basting and flipping steaks until they reach desired temperature.

Baste.

Remove steaks to cutting board, top with more herb butter, and allow to rest.

Rest.

Once potatoes are done and steaks are rested, plate and serve!

Serve.
