  • 1 1/2 cups diced fresh peaches about 3 medium peaches, peeled
  • 1/4 cup honey more or less depending on sweetness of peaches and desired sweetness of popsicles
  • 1 cup buttermilk regular or low-fat
  • 1/4 teaspoon pure vanilla extract


  • In a blender or food processor, purée peaches until smooth. Add honey, buttermilk, and vanilla and blend until well combined.
  • Pour mixture into 6 (4-ounce each) popsicle molds. Place popsicles in the freezer and freeze until solid, 6 to 8 hours. Run each popsicle mold under hot running water for a few seconds to loosen the popsicle, and then carefully remove from mold.
