Instructions
Measure all ingredients into a bowl and whisk vigorously until well-blended. Taste and adjust seasonings, adding more salt and pepper if necessary. Use as a salad dressing or a dipping sauce.
Store leftovers in a sealed container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks; shake well before using.
Notes
Instead of whisking in a bowl, you may process the ingredients in a mini food processor or blend them in a blender.
You may opt to use whole milk, low-fat, or fat-free plain Greek yogurt.
